"I got involved with Bev through work and took it somewhat light-hearted when she came for the first consultation, asking daft questions and generally messing around but decided to give it a go just to beat my boss. Now after 6 weeks I am 21lbs lighter and feeling great. I used to have 2 meals a day and snack on chocolate and junk, now I’m eating 3 healthy meals a day and snacking on nuts and dried fruit, everyone keeps saying how great I look and asking me if I’m on a diet, I just tell them it’s not a diet it’s a new eating regime and I’m loving it.
